COMPUTER SETTINGS:

  1. Portal Display Settings:
    This website is built to support your screen resolution set to 1024 X 768 pixels.
  2. Java:
    You must have Java version 1.4.2 in order to view the portal properly.
  3. You must also have PACS Viewer installed in order for the Portal to work properly.
  4. Adobe Acrobat:
    In order to view PDF files you will need to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  5. Internet Explorer:
    I.E. Version 6.0 or higher is necessary to view the portal.
  6. DSL & Cable: (128k - 5Mbps) Dial-up not recommended.

  8. Operating System:
  9. Windows 2000 is the minimum and XP is the recommended operating system.
    MACINTOSH IS NOT SUPPORTED.
  10. Hardware:
  11. Minimum - 1 ghz Pentium III but 2 ghz is recommended
  12. Memory:
  13. Minimum - 1 gb of memory, 2 gb is recommended
  14. Monitor:
  15. Single or dual monitor configuration support.

We have taken the liberty of contacting a couple of PC Support companies that will take your call in the event that you have issues running Portal on your PC at home. The cost of using these resources shall be incurred by the physician and is not covered by GHS.
